The Lethbridge Community Out-of-School Association, IT'S A BLAST Program aims to be the premiere out-of-school care program in Lethbridge and is looking for qualified, caring, and reliable Childhood Educators to join our program.

It's A BLAST is currently looking for a Full-time Team Leader to join our team. Team Leaders are the on-site supervisors at It’s a BLAST, and are responsible for providing daily programming for all children registered in the program, as well as leading their team of Program Leaders. It is the responsibility of both Team and Program leaders to deliver quality care at our programs and be committed to the success of the organization and continued self-growth and development

What we need from you:

- First Aid Certification within the first 8 weeks of employment.
- Clear Criminal Record Check within 8 weeks of employment.
- Clear Intervention Check within 8 weeks of employment.
- Current Child Care Education Level 2 or 3.
- Positive, can-do attitude towards work.
- Reliable and flexible availability.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and engage in active problem-solving.
- Ability to develop positive and respectful interactions with children, parents, and staff.
- Team Leaders MUST be able to demonstrate suitable transportation.

Pay: $24.55-$28.12 per hour

Expected hours: 36 - 40 per week
