Part Time Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager will coordinate the daily functions of an office and is responsible for the efficient reception and target-driven sales of company products. The Assistant Manager is also required to work closely with vendors to ensure that all customer orders are delivered on time and to customer specifications. This position requires a motivated self-starter who can operate independently and take initiative, interpret policies and procedures, prioritize tasks, and make effective decisions in response to changing circumstances.
**Responsibilities**:
- Communicate with customers to answer questions and provide information.
- Answer the phone and provide basic information to callers.
- Be familiar with company policies and procedures.
- Provide clerical support (filing, copying documents, etc.).

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
