Position Title: Cash Logistics Business Analyst

Reports to: Business Solutions Manager - Cash Logistics

Location: Etobicoke, ON

Position Overview

The Cash Logistics Business Analyst, Canadian Head Office will report to the Business Solutions Manager - Cash Logistics. The incumbent will primarily be responsible for day-to-day functional management and reconciliation of the Brink’s Complete product and reconciliation of provisional credit, as well as other Cash Logistics processes, including but limited to the points below:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and reconcile the records and deposits for Brink’s Complete and other provisional credit offerings and liaise with stakeholders as necessary. (50%).
- Investigate Brink’s Complete / provisional credit issues and co-ordinate remedial action, minimizing any potential loss to Brink’s. (20%).
- Reconcile outstanding Brink’s Complete deposits that impact Brink’s corporate accounts. Remedial action as necessary. (10%).
- Analyze technical components - 247, Integration Layer, PCR Tool - of the Brink’s Complete and the impact on Cash Logistics operations. (10%)
- Responsible for the timely and accurate resolution of all financial impacts to Brink’s Canada Limited and our customers
- Escalation lead of Brink’s Complete issues for Cash Logistics Canada-wide. (10%)
- Participate in other Cash Logistics projects

**Qualifications**:
Position Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree/Accounting qualifications desired
- High analytical skills for balancing, reconciliation, and reporting
- Complete understanding of Cash Logistics, with a focus on balance and reconciliation - essential
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Good interpersonal skills
- Advanced level user of Microsoft Office programs
- Strategic thinking and analytical ability
- High degree of attention to detail accuracy
- Ability to handle detailed instructions under pressure
- Customer focus oriented
- 3+ years’ experience in a Cash Logistics environment
- Performing research and analysis as required
- Prepare ad‐hoc reporting and assist with special projects as requested
- Performance Driven - The willingness to assume personal ownership and accountability
- Identify & communicate risks in a timely manner
- Sense of Urgency - The ability to proactively sense, and take action, with problems and opportunities
