**Summary**: This position will be responsible for uncovering and securing new opportunities and business in Montréal and the surrounding areas.

**Location**: Montréal

**Responsibilities**:

- Probe and identify the top territory accounts and their revenue potential.
- Establish an annual sales budget and achieve budget through account development.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts and develop target accounts.
- Analyze customer needs and develop an account management plan.
- Communicate customer feedback and requirements to internal departments.
- Responsible for customer relationship management to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Timely completion of all sales administration.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Technical Degree, Masters or similar, preferably in one of the following disciplines: business engineering, mechanical, electrical, or electronic engineering or mechatronics.
- Fluent in English and French, excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
- MS-Office, CRM tools, Share Point, Business Object.
- 5 years’ relevant experience.
- Specific knowledge in the domain of pneumatics, hydraulics, automation, electrical or electronic.
- Knowledge of customer and market structure of Industry Segment, Industry Cluster.

**Résumé**:Le titulaire de ce poste sera chargé de découvrir et d'obtenir de nouvelles occasions et de nouvelles affaires dans la région de Montréal et les régions avoisinantes.
**Emplacement**:Montréal

**Responsabilités**:

- Sonder et identifier les principaux comptes du territoire et leur potentiel de revenus.
- Établir un budget de vente annuel et atteindre le budget grâce au développement des comptes.
- Maintenir des relations solides avec les comptes existants et développer des comptes cibles.
- Analyser les besoins des clients et élaborer un plan de gestion des comptes.
- Communiquer les commentaires et les exigences des clients aux services internes.
- Responsable de la gestion des relations avec la clientèle afin de garantir un niveau élevé de satisfaction des clients.
- Exécution en temps voulu de toutes les tâches administratives liées aux ventes.

**Exigences mínimales**:

- Diplôme technique, Masters, ou similaire, de préférence dans l'une des disciplines suivantes: Ingénierie commerciale, ingénierie mécanique, électrique, électronique ou mécatronique.
- Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français, excellentes capacités de communication - verbale et écrite.
- MS-Office, outils CRM, SharePoint, Business Object.
- 5 ans d'expérience pertinente.
- Connaissances spécifiques dans les domaines du pneumatique, de l'hydraulique, de l'automatisation, de l'électricité ou de l'électronique.
- Connaissance de la structure des clients et du marché du segment industriel, du cluster industrie.
