**Put your expertise in the spotlight**

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough research and analysis of the Live Entertainment landscape in key strategic current and new markets.
- Prepare analytical reports in support of ongoing business opportunities for new shows and projects that are part of the New Creation pipeline.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather relevant data and information.
- Update existing templates with market analysis data and produce insights to be used in development of new business models, and support the evolution of these tools.
- Analyze and summarize data, and create insightful reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations for stakeholders and senior management.
- Develop and maintain documentation in the CRM and Sharepoint, relating to projects, markets, and business development activities.
- Assist the Senior Vice-President, Business Development with the preparation of presentation materials for the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors.
- Support business development and finance teams for assessment of new various business opportunities.
- Produce infographic materials for internal and external presentations.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in market and business analysis and recommend innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement.

**You possess the following professional and technical skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- 3 - 5 years of proven experience as a Marketing or Business Analyst or related role, with a track record of successfully delivering impactful research, analytical reports and detailed executive presentation materials.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French, with the ability to effectively and concisely communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel and Power BI, and data visualization and presentation tools - PowerPoint, Adobe Design suite.
- Experience in graphic design and ability to present complex data with aesthetic and artistic sense is a strong asset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
- Knowledge of Live Entertainment and/or Tourism industry and related business processes is a plus.
