About Us:
Sugaring and Massage Spalon originally started as a Mobile Massage in the City to our valued customers and then opened an official brick and mortar spa in Cooksville, Mississauga, December of 2016. We consider ourselves to be the best and fastest Sugaring Studio in Mississauga and are conveniently located at #1-3038 Hurontario Street with free parking in the back and 9 rooms to serve our clients better.

Sugaring and Massage Spalon is a full-service Spalon that offers our clients a one-stop-shop approach that saves our clients in time and gas by providing sugaring hair removal, massage, body services, facials, mani/pedi, lashes and brows all in one place. We provide a one-of-a-kind wellness experience that includes the best in body and skincare products for both men and women, all genders.

We are very committed to providing our clients with treatments that focus on their wellness and well-being. We only use top quality, and where possible, all-natural and organic products. We are very diligent with respect to the type of care we provide including making our clients as comfortable as possible.

Duties and responsibilities related to this position - including but not limited to the following:

- consistently following all policies and procedures of Sugaring and Massage Spalon
- able to welcome clients in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
- making sure all clients have up-to-date intake forms filled out prior to their appointment.
- answering phone which at times includes high call volumes
- promoting products and services to clients
- looking after all walk-in or clients with appointments
- booking appointments over the phone with attention to detail including handing client payments, and credit cards.
- responsible for spa opening and/or closing procedures
- able to respond to all client queries which includes accurately explaining our services to clients
- ability to manage the spa’s daily schedule on Booker.
- ability to review appointment schedule and ensuring the effective distribution of appointments
- managing critical daily operations including opening and closing orders
- ensuring the front desk/reception area is kept clean and tidy
- managing client feedback and complaints in a professional manner
- able to explain to clients the types of products, skincare and body care products we offer including providing accurate details about our services and promotional offers.
- submitting claims to insurance for client reimbursement

Must be able to:

- multi-task and follow instructions, including spa guidelines and procedures in a consistent manner.
- maintaining strict privacy and confidentiality with respect to the handling of client's personal information
- excellent time management and problem-solving skills in order to ensure the smooth operation of our spa and our front desk.
- have excellent communication skills, customer service and telephone phone manner
- staying calm and maintaining a tactful and professional approach when under pressure
- be a team player, working well with a team including back-end and management

Education and Experience (preferred):
High School Diploma
Post-Secondary Certifications
Spa - related experience
Some knowledge or experience working with Booker Mindbody Software

All applicants must have legal permission to work in Canada in order to be considered. This position does not offer sponsorship of Work Visas.

**Salary**: $16.55-$19.55 per hour
