Lancaster Park, Canada Sturgeon School Division Full time

Sturgeon Public School Division is currently seeking two qualified full-time **Educational Assistants (EA2) **for a work assignment at our Guthrie School.

**FTE**:1.0 FTE; 6.5 hrs/day; Full-Time Temporary

**Initial Assignment**:Under the direction of the classroom teacher, the Educational Assistant will work in an elementary classroom.

**Qualifications & Experience**:Educational Assistant or Early Childhood Diploma or Certificate; experience working with Autistic children is an asset; CPR and First Aid are desirable. Preference given to applicants with experience and training with Autism, Behaviors and Non-Violent Crisis Intervention training. Equivalencies that consist of a combination of education, knowledge, skills and abilities to formal education requirements may be considered.

**Hourly Rate**:$18.82 - $23.57 per hour, as per the CUPE Collective Agreement.

Pay: $18.82-$23.57 per hour

Expected hours: 32.5 per week

Flexible language requirement:
