**Responsabilités**:

- Rédiger et préparer les documents juridiques tels que des lettres, des contrats et des accords commerciaux.
- Effectuer des recherches juridiques liées aux initiatives d'expansion et d'acquisition de biens immobiliers.
- Suivre les mises à jour / modifications législatives relatives au domaine d'activité de l’entreprise et aider à assurer la conformité aux exigences légales (Interprovinciales et Amérique du Nord).
- Participer aux activités juridiques liées à la croissance de l'entreprise et à l'expansion du marché.
- Fournir un soutien administratif pour la documentation juridique, y compris le classement, l'organisation et la tenue des dossiers.
- Assister dans les tâches administratives liées à l'acquisition ou à la vente de biens immobiliers.
- Servir de ressource aux autres départements pour les questions juridiques.

**Qualifications**:

- Formation : Diplôme universitaire en droit, être membre en règle du Barreau un atout.
- 0 à 3 ans d'expérience est un atout.
- Excellentes compétences de recherche et d'analyse.
- Sens de l'organisation, gestion du temps et souci du détail.
- Solides compétences interpersonnelles pour pouvoir collaborer avec les parties prenantes internes et externes.
- Capacité à mener plusieurs tâches simultanément et de gérer les priorités efficacement dans un environnement dynamique.
- La maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (bilingue) est requise.
- La capacité de se rendre en personne à notre bureau de Montréal est requise.
- Disposer d‘un permis de conduire valide avec véhicule personnel fiable - dossier de conduite propre.

DUMAK is looking for an In-House Lawyer that will be involved in the organization and research of current and prospective initiatives related to business growth and market expansion.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in drafting and preparation of legal documents such as letters, contracts, and agreements.
- Conduct legal research on all expansion initiatives and acquisition of properties.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to the practice area and assist in ensuring compliance with legal requirements (Inter-provincial and North American).
- Assist in legal activities related to business growth and market expansion.
- Provide administrative support for legal documentation including filing, organizing, and maintaining records.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to the acquisition or selling of real-estate property.
- Be a resource to other departments for legal-related matters.

**Qualifications**:

- Educational background: Law degree, member of Bar preferred.
- 0 - 3 years of experience is a plus.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Strong organization, time management and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in French and English (bilingual) is required.
- Ability to commute in-person to our Montreal office location is required.
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license - clean driving record.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
