**Description du poste**

**Résumé des fonctions**
Le titulaire du poste forme et supervise les manutentionnaires et les commis sur la sécurité, la productivité et diverses tâches liées au travail. Le titulaire du poste tient les équipes responsables de leur présence et leur remet des fiches d’emploi.

**Responsabilités**:

- Établir et maintenir de bonnes relations de travail avec les employés, la direction et la clientèle.
- Donner de la formation aux nouveaux employés, de même qu’aux employés déjà en fonction.
- Diriger et participer aux réunions de groupe.
- Collaborer avec la direction relativement au processus d’évaluation.
- Détermine les meilleures solutions pour les problèmes concernant les colis.
- Superviser les activités des manutentionnaires et des commis afin de veiller à ce que les tâches assignées soient effectuées à temps et en toute sécurité.
- Comprendre et appliquer de manière constante les normes éthiques élevées d’UPS dans le cadre de son travail et respecter le Code de conduite d’UPS.

**Compétences requises**:

- Capacité de soulever une charge de 32 kg (70 lb)
- Être disponible pour travailler selon un horaire flexible et travailler jusqu’à 5 jours par semaine
- Solides compétences en résolution de problèmes, avec capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois
- Excellentes aptitudes à communiquer, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit
- Connaissance pratique de la suite Microsoft Office
- Apte à travailler dans un entrepôt à rythme rapide
- Baccalauréat ou équivalent international - Atout
- Expérience en gestion - Atout
