**About the Role**:
As a Product Operations Associate (CXD) you'll support all facets of Voiceflow's product development lifecycle with particular focus on product testing and insight generation. This role gives you direct experience on day-to-day aspects of Product Management and Product Operations. Please note that this is a summer internship opportunity - from May to August.

**What You'll Do**:
Reporting into the Group Product Manager (CXD), you'll:

- Run the Pre and Post-release testing process for new projects
- Manual testing of all functional cases
- Coordinate internal group tests
- Synthesize issues/bugs into jira tickets
- Facilitate the customer feedback loop between Customer Experience and Product
- Centralize internal and external feedback
- Groom and maintain feedback trackers weekly
- Monitor customer feedback reported by CX for trends
- Identify ongoing areas of UX improvements by testing existing areas of the product
- Support the broader product management team on discovery, bot building, data collation/analysis, and other duties as necessary

**About You**:

- Some experience working with/on Customer Experience, QA, or Product Management teams
- Some experience with data analysis products like Mixpanel, Google Data Studio, Data Dog
- Familiarity with and interest in conversational AI products
- Patience and fine attention to detail
