**Position Overview**:
Client Support Assistant is an entry-level position but serves a pivotal role in our organization. You will provide essential client service and administrative support for advising and education, ensuring our internal and external processes are implemented accurately and efficiently. Your role will grow hand in hand with our organization, as you will be closely involved in client cases and gain the skills and experience that make us an overachiever in the field of education enrichment and admissions consulting.

As Client Support Assistant, you are expected to perform the following responsibilities:

- Create a welcoming environment by greeting guests, answering phone calls and messages, directing visitors, and relaying messages in a professional manner
- Maintain and set up a pleasant meeting and office environment
- Assist with booking client meetings and making travel arrangements
- Perform data collection and entry
- Set up and maintain filing systems
- Prepare materials for meetings and classes
- Research and prepare information/comparisons for analysis
- Record and prepare meeting minutes
- Assist with managing deadlines, appointments, and service delivery status
- Prepare, edit and/or proofread documents such as correspondence, presentations, and reports
- Provide support for organizing seminars/conferences
- Maintain, order, and receive office and educational supplies
- Perform relevant duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:
In order to succeed in this role, you are expected to have the following:

- University degree or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft, Google, and/or other software and systems
- Superb time-management, organization, and multitasking skills
- Strong commitment to accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information according to professional standards
- Experience working with children and youth
- Successful criminal record and vulnerable sector check
- Ability to communicate in a language other than English (e.g. Mandarin, Cantonese, or Korean) a bonus
