The British Columbia College of Nurses & Midwives (“BCCNM”) is the college empowered under the Health Professions Act to regulate the practice of all licensed practical nurses, nurse practitioners, registered midwives, registered nurses, and registered psychiatric nurses in British Columbia. The expected starting base salary for this position is $63,719 - $68,438 annually, depending on a variety of factors including qualifications and experience. Once hired, you will progress through a wider salary range over time as you continue to develop job knowledge, skills and competencies for the role.

**What you’ll be doing**

The SC works closely with the CO-SGR and the Strategy Consultant to support their work. The SC is responsible for ensuring work related to Strategic Imperatives (SIs) are communicated, planned, and coordinated seamlessly. The SC will collaborate with coordinators of other organizational areas to foster cross-functional working relationship and coordinate activities with consultants, contractors, and external partners.

***Key responsibilities include**:

- Supports the CO-SGR in operationalizing BCCNM’s Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) where the CO-SGR is acting as the Integrator within the EOS. Synthesizes discussion notes and ensures timely and accurate documentation in the EOS platform. Analyzes action items discussed, identifies next steps, and provides tracking and follow up measures for the CO-SGR.
- Supports the CO-SGR in collecting, prioritizing, and summarizing information for strategic activities in relation to BCCNM transformation programs, including Business Transformation (BT) and the _Health Professions and Occupations Act_ (HPOA) transition projects. Liaises with Business Transformation team members (BT Coordinator, Program Manager, Project Managers) and relevant collaborators to stay informed of program updates and changes.
- In collaboration with the Executive Coordinator and the Strategy Consultant, supports the CO-SGR in managing the Senior Leadership Team and Executive Leadership Team workplan by defining meeting agendas and determining appropriate attendees. Communicates with individuals to confirm their readiness and the appropriate materials needed, collates presentation materials for the CO-SGR as required.
- Supports activities related to Strategic Imperatives updates which may include coordinating meetings with SI project managers, preparing meeting agenda and takes meeting notes. Prepares presentation slide deck, follow up on matters as needed to support the Strategy Consultant in the regular delivery of updates on Strategic Imperatives to the required audiences, including the Executive Leadership Team and the Leadership Team.
- Responds to ad hoc requests and acts as the first point of contact for matters referred to the Strategy team, resolves problems and takes necessary follow-up action as appropriate.
