Sous la supervision du Chef Maintenance, le.la planificateur de maintenance planifie et ordonnance le travail de l’équipe Maintenance en collaboration avec différents intervenants. Il.elle assure le suivi du programme d’entretien préventif des actifs de l’usine afin d’augmenter la fiabilité des opérations, réduire les coûts d’entretien et minimiser les arrêts de production. Il.elle anime les réunions de priorisation et planification et collabore à une gestion optimale du magasin de pièces. Il.elle participe au maintien des exigences en santé et sécurité, en qualité et salubrité des aliments. Il.elle communique les indicateurs de performance à qui de droit et gère le plan d’actions d’amélioration du programme de maintenance planifiée. Il.elle doit se maintenir à jour au niveau des développements technologiques applicables aux différents outils informatiques utilisés dans son secteur.

**Principales responsabilités**
'¢ Appliquer et supporter les processus de gestion et exécution des travaux d’entretien;
'¢ Planifier / préparer le travail d’une équipe en fonction des priorités d’usine en collaboration avec les différents départements et intervenants de façon à minimiser les arrêts de production;
'¢ Voir au respect et à l’optimisation du processus d’approvisionnement de pièces;
'¢ Organiser, améliorer, modifier et effectuer le suivi du programme d’entretien préventif et correctif de l’usine afin de générer de la performance et de l’efficacité opérationnelle;
'¢ Préparer l’ordonnancement des calendriers hebdomadaires;
'¢ Planifier, préparer la cédule des travaux lors des arrêts d’usine;
'¢ Animer des rencontres de priorisation, de planification et d’ordonnancement;
'¢ S’assurer de la qualité de l’information du logiciel de gestion de maintenance (GMAO) pour la gestion des BT (Backlog, statut des BT, description, etc'¦)
'¢ S’assurer de maintenir à jour l’information des actifs dans le GMAO (plan de maintenance, liste de pièces, liste d’équipements, procédures standard de travail, etc.);
'¢ Coordonner les ressources extérieures pour les travaux de maintenance;
'¢ Produire les mesures de performance du département;
'¢ Soutenir la progression du plan 90 jours en planification
'¢ Toutes autres tâches connexes qui soutiennent les activités de l’équipe maintenance

**Exigences requises**
'¢ DEC en technologie du génie mécanique, technologie de maintenance industrielle, BAC en génie mécanique ou génie industriel ou toute autre combinaison équivalente de formation et d’expérience pourrait être considérée.
'¢ Une expérience professionnelle d’un minimum de cinq (5) ans pertinents à l’emploi.
