LE JOB IDÉAL

Être un joueur important Prioriser et planifier des bons de travail en collaboration avec les clients internes et les gérants de maintenance et de projets. Planification des inspections préventives et réparations courantes, majeures et urgentes des équipements de production. Planification des travaux devant être exécutés par des sous-traitants. Élaboration et mise à jour des routes d’inspections et des maintenances préventives des équipements. Effectuer la planification des arrêts majeurs. Communiquer efficacement les plans d’entretien hebdomadaires et mensuels aux différents intervenants et clients internes. Représenter le département de maintenance aux rencontres de production journalières et prendre action sur les problèmes soulevés. Contacter les fournisseurs et intervenants afin de proposer des solutions aux problèmes spontanés liés à la maintenance des équipements ou du bâtiment. Proposer, implémenter et documenter des solutions innovantes aux enjeux de fiabilité, de sécurité des équipements et de qualité du produit suite à des analyses de défaillances réalisées en équipe. À l’occasion, dessiner des pièces mécaniques devant être fabriquées en urgence. Apporter son expertise et participer activement à la standardisation des méthodes de travail. Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe au poste
