**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Accounts payable: manage receipts and data entry of accounts payable items which includes bills, employee reimbursement and corporate credit cards
- Cheque run: to create the payment to the vendors and match it to the accounting system
- Reconciliation: reconciling the credit card transactions for multiple accounts, working on the weekly bank reconciliation
- Communicate with internal staff and vendors regarding invoices and receipts
- Records preparation: Maintain Payee, HST, EHT, WSIB records
- Month end accounting: prepare financial reports for expenses
- Maintain records and filings of documents and query handling of all account related issues and trouble shooting
- Other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned

**What We're Looking For**:

- Seeking 1-2 years or more of previous experience in a similar role
- Completed post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related program
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently, utilizing time management and organizational skills
- Ability to approach work with strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
- Come to work with a positive, friendly attitude while maintaining a high degree of professionalism
- Strong communication skills - verbal and written
- Ability to work well within a team or in an individual capacity with mínimal supervision
