General Facility Cleaner, provides cleaning services within the building, grounds, and office by completing tasks such as emptying trash cans, removing debris, wiping down & dusting desks, phones, dock doors and various equipment, cleaning rest rooms, sweeping, cleaning floors with an industrial floor scrubber, and performing basic tasks as assigned.

**Position Overview**: The role of the Night General Facility cleaner is a key position within the production area at Global Citrus Group. The work of the Facility Cleaner is what allows the team to be able to come to work in a clean, safe and comfortable environment.

This role requires a focus on detail, the ability to complete repetitive tasks over a long period of time and the ability to work alone for extended periods of time. Cleaners perform a range of duties to keep the facility clean and safe. You will also be responsible for performing routine check-ins to check that spaces like restrooms are always sanitary. The Facility cleaner focuses on completing all assigned tasks, while maintaining all mandatory safety and sanitation standards throughout the building and grounds. Our company is growing rapidly and is looking to fill the role of a Night Facility Cleaner as soon as possible.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Clean designated areas as defined by the plant manager.
- Complete hygiene schedules and sign off sheets as required.
- Maintain a hygienic work environment both inside and outside of the building.
- Use floor cleaning machinery to deep clean warehouse floors.
- Ensure use of all approved food safe chemicals.
- All other responsibilities as deemed appropriate.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- A team player with a positive attitude.
- Punctual.
- A fast learner.
- Reliability and a willingness to work in a cold/cool environment.
- Attention to detail.
- Proficient in executing tasks, Flexibility; ability to switch between tasks and responsibilities as needed.
- Able to lift up to 50lbs as needed.
- Be able to work in a standing position for 8+ hours shift.
- Able to follow given procedure, ability to adhere to company safety and food safety guidelines.
- Night Shift - hours to be discussed.
- General knowledge of food safety programs.
- Understanding of warehouse procedures.
- Must possess the ability to perform the duties with a high level of accuracy. Time management skills are fundamental to this position.
- Be able to work under mínimal supervision.
- Proven ability to prioritize workload.
- Must have their own transportation.

**HOURS**
- **NIGHT SHIFT** Monday to Friday, Hours of work to be determined. Overtime may be required on occasion.

**Working Conditions**:

- Weekend work may be required occasionally.
- Working in a warehouse for long periods.

- Be able to read H & S signage. Be able to hear vehicle horns.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00 per hour
