Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Essential

**Responsibilities**:

- Meet and exceed agreed upon objectives including but not limited to sales revenue, productivity, and quote conversion rate.
- Proactively employ Professional Selling Skills and Value Selling principles in the pursuit of new customer business, and accurately manage and record data generated from these efforts
- Assist manager and senior management by providing monthly updates about recurring business issues that require a proactive approach, or trends that suggest alternate sales offers or approaches.
- Qualify Sales leads by assessing need, budget, and buying authority.
- Manage all outbound/inbound calls, activities, and sales transactions in CRM on a daily basis for specified region.
- Provide complete solutions and collaborate with the field when necessary
- Continuously communicate with other teams to improve our service processes and constantly promote cross team collaboration.
- Support direct leader by assisting with monthly productivity reporting for the team and special projects
- All other duties as assigned.

What You Need to Succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Science/Engineering and/or a minimum of two to three years of sales experience is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required, Excel in particular
- Ability to multitask in an open work space environment, and maintain a high energy level with strong customer focus
- Must have and must model a sense of urgency to all Telesales Specialists
- Ability to travel within Canada and the U.S.
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
