**Responsabilités Générale
**Description de l'emploi**:
Le directeur de succursale est responsable de la livraison et de la supervision réussies du produit Hertz aux clients internes et externes. Ce poste assure un leadership global à tous les employés responsables de la performance opérationnelle globale, de la satisfaction des clients, de la culture positive des employés, de la sécurité, du service, des budgets et des relations avec les fournisseurs. Le directeur de succursale est responsable d'avoir une connaissance approfondie des opérations, de la gestion, de la logistique, de la technologie et des disciplines financières. Benefits and Perks:

**General Responsibilities**

The Branch Manager is responsible for the successful delivery and oversight of the Hertz product to internal and external customers. This position provides overall leadership to all employees with responsibility for overall operating performance, customer satisfaction, positive employee culture, safety, service, budgets, and vendor relations. The Branch Manager is responsible to have in-depth knowledge of operations, management, logistics, technology and financial disciplines.

**Qualifications**:
Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent requis. Doit être âgé de 20 ans ou plus. Expérience antérieure en gestion dans un environnement au rythme rapide. Le multitâche est nécessaire. Solides compétences en communication écrite et verbale requises. Capacité démontrée à diriger et motiver des équipes. Tout emploi est subordonné à la réussite d'une vérification des antécédents.

**Qualifications**:
High School diploma or equivalent required. Must be 20 years of age or older. Previous management experience in a fast-paced environment. Multi-tasking is required. Strong written and verbal communication skills needed. Demonstrated ability to direct and motivate teams. All employment is contingent on successful completions of a background check.
