**As a dispatcher at RightLink, you will be responsibilities would be**:

- Schedule and coordinate transportation for temperature-sensitive products, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
- Assign drivers to specific routes based on their experience and availability
- Maintain open communication with drivers throughout the transportation process, providing updates as needed and resolving any issues that may arise
- Manage driver schedules, ensuring compliance with Canadian and US regulations and minimizing downtime
- Monitor delivery status and track shipments using GPS and other software tools
- Communicate with clients and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, driver logs, and other documentation as required
- Work closely with other members of the RightLink team to ensure that all transportation services are provided in accordance with our company's values of "Trust, Commitment, and Accountability" You will work closely with our team of drivers to ensure that goods are transported safely and efficiently, and you will maintain open communication with our clients throughout the transportation process.

**To be successful in this role, you must have following qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with drivers, clients, and other team members
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working in the transportation industry, preferably in produce trucking or another area of refrigerated transportation
- Knowledge of Canadian and US regulations governing transportation, including hours-of-service and electronic logging device requirements
- Familiarity with transportation management software and other tools used to track shipments and manage driver schedules
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software tools, with the ability to create and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and other documents
- Attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain accurate records of shipments, driver logs, and other documentation
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service to clients and team members
- Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to quickly adjust to changing circumstances and priorities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour
