**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Under the immediate supervision of the School Administrator, the MA Recruitment and Program Administrator is responsible for outreach and recruitment for, and a variety of duties related to the administration of, the Master’s Program. Main duties and responsibilities include:

- Assisting the Associate Director (MA Program) with outreach and recruitment for the MA program;
- Event planning and coordination, including those related to outreach and recruitment for the MA program;
- Sharing administrative duties including, but not limited to, reception duties, the annual admissions cycle, in-program student administrative management, and reporting to the Director, School Administrator and the Associate Director (MA Program) on matters relating to administrative support and student services in the School.

**Qualifications**:
**The incumbent must possess the following qualifications**:

- Present experience, maturity, and articulation
- Capability of working with mínimal supervision
- Ability to relate to others working or studying in a post-secondary education institution
- Flexibility, resilience, and the ability to work under pressure
- Organization and prioritizing combined with strong interpersonal abilities are necessary skills
- Accurate keyboarding skills, utilize office automation software and the University’s BANNER system
- Good understanding of the University’s programs, policies, and academic regulations as outlined in the Graduate Calendar
- Thorough understanding of the on-going structural and procedural changes within the University, and the rationale underlying them is necessary

**Education and Experience**:
**The above is normally acquired through the completion of**:

- Three-year undergraduate university degree
- Three to four years in an academic setting with incremental responsibilities, including a sound knowledge of graduate studies, university policies, and university structure and procedures, both administrative and academic
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite, in particular, Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Some experience in maintaining a website, specifically WordPress CMS, as well as maintaining social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Twitter.
