Job Overview:
We are looking for a manager who will be responsible for all activities relating to the delivery of psychosocial, psychological and nutritional service programs. In particular, consultation activities, assessment and follow-up of interventions for the purposes of prevention, diagnosis, treatment and maintenance of services. You will also plan, organize, direct, coordinate and control the activities of reception services and the organization's volunteer program, in compliance with the guidelines, rules and safety practices. You will manage the human, material, financial and information resources under your responsibility.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plans, organizes and updates the therapeutic programs and services under his/her responsibility and establishes priorities, while ensuring coherence with the hospital’s other clinical services.
- Controls the quality of treatment, ensuring that each client progresses normally and benefits from adequate monitoring.
- Ensures continuity of care and services involving the various internal and external parties concerned.
- Controls and assesses the professional actions of the staff under his/her responsibility, and reviews the standards and practices of the various disciplines involved, in collaboration with the people concerned.
- Work in collaboration with internal and external partners to achieve excellence in client and family-centered care.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in social work or in a field relevant to the position
- Master’s degree in a relevant field - an asset
- Must be a member of a professional order (OTSTCFQ, etc)
- Five (5) years' experience in the health and social services network
- Two (2) years' experience managing a team or service
- Bilingual (French, English)
