**Responsibilities**
- Tailor strategic media recommendations to the client’s business challenges/opportunities while in the leveraging key insights highlighted during the campaign briefing process
- Develop digital strategies for various performance platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Bing Ads, Search Ads, Facebook, RTB display and video, etc.)
- Manage a team of digital experts in paid social, programmatic and paid search
- Develop a relationship of trust with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
- Implement data analysis techniques to continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance, leveraging insights to refine targeting, messaging, and media allocation strategies in real-time.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with industry influencers, publishers, and platforms to explore innovative opportunities for brand partnerships, co-marketing initiatives, and sponsored content collaborations.
- Build holistic digital media strategies, while understanding their synergy with traditional channels to make recommendations based on campaign objectives
- Understand the client's business sector and its challenges, in order to make appropriate recommendations and propose development opportunities
- Organize and facilitate client optimization sessions to discuss key learnings and optimization opportunities.
- As an expert in digital strategy, contribute to the adequate training of internal teams
- Knowledge of different digital planning tools (Comscore, Vividata, etc.)
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in digital advertising and marketing, proactively identifying opportunities for innovation and optimization to drive competitive advantage for clients.

**Qualifications**
- At least 3-4 years of experience in a similar position in digital media planning or in the digital field;
- Advanced knowledge of optimization best practices and performance orientation
- Good knowledge of programmatic display & video, paid social, and paid search;
- Mastery of Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, calculated fields, etc.)
- Experience working with clients in the Quebec market, nice to have.
