Job Title: Property Maintenance Worker

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Property Maintenance Worker. The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining residential and commercial properties by performing tasks such as cutting grass, weed whacking, seasonal cleanup, hedge trimming, raking grass, and a variety of other maintenance duties.

**Responsibilities**:

- Cut grass, trim hedges, and manage seasonal cleanup
- Use weed whackers to maintain lawn edges, around trees, and other hard-to-reach areas.
- Maintain grounds and landscaping throughout the property
- Rake leaves and remove debris from lawns and gardens
- Perform minor property repairs as required
- Maintain equipment and supplies as necessary

**Requirements**:

- Must be able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Must be able to follow instructions and work efficiently
- Must be capable of lifting heavy equipment and supplies
- A valid driver’s license is an asset

Part-time hours: 20-30 per week

**Salary**: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Brockville, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2023-05-01
