**Summary**:

- IBISKA is looking for a full-time receptionist to augment our dynamic administration team. The selected individual will be working together with various departments and providing administrative duties with a focus on general front desk activities and database updates and cleanup.

**Location**:

- Our office is located downtown Ottawa;
**Role and Responsibilities**
- Front Desk: welcoming visitors; distributing the mail; managing phone calls; ordering and tracking office supplies; booking meeting rooms; interface with suppliers and repair people; and perform other typical front desk duties
- Database update/cleanup/data entry: update and enter data our CRM database per information received through various teams; perform database cleanups as required; develop/document data entry procedures
- Format MS Word documents
- Assist and coordinate company events such as monthly staff lunches including venue reservation and food order
- Assist various teams with administrative tasks as needed

Note: this is an “in-office” position.

**Qualifications**:

- 1 year of experience in an administrative support or customer service role
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in the use of software, including MS Office tools (Word, Excel)
- Experience working and collaborating as part of a small team
- Excellent people and communications skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent attendance record
- Interest and ability to learn new software

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
