En tant que Conseiller(ère) en intelligence d'affaires, vous serez placé au cœur de nos ambitions de performance organisationnelle. Votre rôle consiste à formuler des recommandations et exercer un rôle conseil auprès des secteurs d’affaires en assurance collective afin de bien comprendre les besoins et conseiller sur les meilleures solutions. Les arrimages sont nombreux et vous serez appelés à interagir avec un grand nombre de parties prenantes, la maîtrise des relations interpersonnelles devient alors une compétence essentielle. Votre autonomie et vos compétences en communication, en analyse, en conception et en visualisation seront des atouts dans ce rôle.

Vous réalisez dans les fonctions suivantes:

- Accompagner les secteurs d’affaires afin de recueillir et analyser les besoins dans le but de conseiller et orienter le développement de nouveaux rapports ou tableaux de bord afin de soutenir et orienter les stratégies d’affaires.
- Proposer des produits informationnels performants permettant de suivre, analyser, comprendre, mesurer et améliorer les processus pour supporter la prise de décision.
- Conseiller les secteurs dans la définition, la mise en valeur, l'implantation et le suivi d'indicateurs de performance pour leur permettre d'atteindre leurs objectifs.
- Réaliser les maquettes des produits informationnels en utilisant les meilleurs pratiques en intelligence d’affaires.
- Définir les règles d’affaires en collaboration avec les secteurs d’affaires et les équipes de réalisation.
- Collaborer à l’orientation et la conception de la solution avec les équipes de réalisation (Affaires/TI).
- Accompagner les secteurs d’affaires à la livraison des solutions de produits informationnels (formation, plan de communication, etc.).
- Assurer la relation client entre la direction et les secteurs d’affaires et propager l’offre de service.
- Contribuer à la mise en place pour les secteurs de la documentation sur les produits informationnels permettant une interprétation adéquate.
- Collaborer au suivi de la feuille de route (roadmap) auprès des secteurs d’affaires.
- Apporter son soutien aux secteurs d’affaires au niveau de l’utilisation des outils d’exploitation de l’information, des produits informationnels, des bonnes pratiques ainsi qu’à l’interprétation des données
- Effectuer un suivi des solutions mises en place afin de s’assurer de la satisfaction et la capture des bénéfices auprès des secteurs.

Vos talents et vos qualifications:

- Diplôme d’études universitaires de premier cycle en systèmes d’informations organisationnels, intelligence d’affaire, statistique, informatique ou l’équivalent.
- Cumuler un minimum de 5 à 7 années d’expérience dans le domaine de l’intelligence d’affaire.
- Détenir des connaissances dans le domaine de l’assurance est un atout.
- Connaissance de Cognos, Power BI ou d’un autre système d’exploitation de l’information (outil BI).
- Maîtriser les langues française et anglaise tant parlées qu’écrites.
