Brampton, Canada Greencrest Homes Inc. Full time

Greencrest Homes is a land acquisition and Real Estate Development company that is geared towards multi-residential units and custom home development across Canada.

Greencrest Homes specializes in smaller cities across Ontario with the mandate to make housing more affordable, our vision is to build green and sustainable housing for the masses.

We have years of experience in Real Estate Land Development, holding and we'll be connecting Mortgage & Construction Financing Lenders assisting us with our operations.

**Duties**:

- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budget
- Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates
- Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress against established schedules
- Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors
- Develop and implement quality control programs
- Represent company on matters such as business services and union contracts negotiation
- Prepare progress reports and issue progress schedules to clients
- Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions
- Hire and supervise the activities of subcontractors and subordinate staff.

**Qualifications**:

- Successfully completed HCRA-approved courses
- HSRA License would be an advantage
- Exposure in legal, customer service HCRA- Vendor License
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years' experience as a Project Manager in subdivision Project
- In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
- Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards
- Proficient computer skills in MS products
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable operating sub crews on and off site
- Strong budget analytics and performance monitoring
- Exposure in build quality assessment
- Ability to multitasking coordinate with trades and design team

**Salary**: $100,000.00-$120,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Project management (preferred)
