Le titulaire de ce poste de gestion de premier niveau verra à orienter et à coordonner les activités de maintenance des avions.

**Responsabilités**:

- Coordonner et diriger directement les activités de maintenance requises pour fournir des avions en bon état de service, qui répondent aux besoins opérationnels en plus de satisfaire aux normes de navigabilité de Transports Canada et d'Air Canada
- Gérer, planifier et contrôler la maintenance des avions en cours d'exécution.
- Gérer les ressources afin de respecter la charge de travail attribuée ainsi que l'échéancier de l'entreprise.

**Qualifications**
- Licence de technicien d'entretien d'aéronefs (T.E.A.) ou l'équivalent.
- Travailler comme animateur, dans un concept d'équipe, en focalisant sur le succès de l'équipe.
- Travailler par postes.
- Solide connaissance technique et pratique des processus, des procédures et des systèmes de technologie de l'information relatifs au domaine de tavail en cause.
- Talent pour la communication orale et écrite.
- Profonde compréhension des procédures de vérification des avions de la Maintenance en ligne, un atout.
- Compétences en micro-informatique (Word, Excel et PowerPoint), un atout.
