**Metal Shop Salesperson - Immediate Impact Required**

As we expand our market reach, we are looking for a run-ready Sales Manager who can generate sales from day one.

**Position Overview**:
Are you a results-driven sales professional with a proven track record in the metal fabrication industry? Canada Custom Metal is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts. This role is crucial for driving revenue growth and establishing strong relationships with new clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Generation**: Develop sales strategies and relationships to drive immediate sales growth.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends, and take action to capitalize on them.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the production and marketing teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
- **Reporting**: Track sales metrics and report progress to senior management.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales in the metal fabrication or manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
