**Position Overview**:
We’re searching for a driven **Operations Coordinator** to take charge of our day-to-day operations and play a pivotal role in our continued success. This position goes beyond administration—it's about leadership, organization, and owning the processes that keep our business running smoothly. You’ll oversee office operations, manage key functions like scheduling and bookkeeping, and ensure our team has the resources they need to deliver exceptional service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and schedule service appointments for technicians to maximize productivity.
- Manage inventory, order parts from suppliers, and ensure stock levels are optimized.
- Use our quoting tool to prepare and send quotes for new garage doors.
- Maintain organized records for financial transactions, inventory, and operational processes.
- Act as a key point of contact between technicians, customers, and management.
- Assist with operational projects to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Handle additional administrative duties as needed to support the team.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Experience**:

- Proven experience in customer service, office administration, and dispatching/scheduling.
- Bookkeeping experience is required, with familiarity in QuickBooks being a strong asset.
- Background in inventory management or logistics is highly desirable.
- **Skills**:

- Proficient in computers and software technology, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with customers, team members, and suppliers.
