La mission de l'équipe est claire : créer la technologie de commande en ligne la plus intelligente pour aider les restaurants.

UEAT est à la recherche d'**un(e) Spécialiste Support Technique**

**Comment devras-tu mettre la main à la pâte?**
- Agir comme support de première ligne pour notre clientèle ;
- Prendre en charge les demandes clients de support niveau 1-2 ;
- Prioriser les demandes de support et les demandes d’amélioration ;
- Développer une connaissance de produit ;
- Collaborer avec le département de développement et de l’assurance qualité;
- Participer à la rédaction de la documentation (processus, manuels d’utilisation et notes de mises à jour).

**Les ingrédients de base dont tu auras besoin**
- 1 à 3 ans d’expérience dans des postes similaires ;
- Excellentes compétences de communication écrite et verbale en anglais ;
- Maîtrise de la suite Google Drive (Doc, Sheets, Calendar, Mail);
- Débrouillard, autonome et versatile;
- Minutieux et rigoureux ;
- Maîtrise de la suite Zoho (un atout de taille) ;
- Connaître l’univers technique de la restauration (Atout de taille).
