**Tandoor Chophouse restaurant at Bloom Mississauga, A Tapestry Collection by Hilton **is looking for a Full Time Bartender to join our team. We are looking for a team player who is willing to work in a fast paced environment.

**Job Duties**:
To serve food and beverage to our guests in the restaurant and bar, providing a guest experience that is consistent with Tandoor Chophouse standards.
- Mixing, garnishing, and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company specifications for guests at the bar and in the restaurant.
- To be familiar with all food and beverage menus, specials and promotions and to assist the guest in their selection and promote the items.
- To provide service to our guests in an efficient, friendly and professional manner.
- To enter all guest orders into Clover, point of sale equipment.
- To maintain accurate guest checks, ensuring the check is properly acknowledged and signed by the guest.
- To promote the use of all Hotel facilities and special promotions.
- To follow and comply with Hotel cash handling policies and procedures.
- To adhere to local liquor and health, safety and fire procedures and laws.
- To make recommendations for improvement to either product or service in Lounge.
- To respond to guest concerns and solicit guest feedback.
- To participate in the daily pre-shift meeting.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work areas and equipment according to Hotel Standards.
- Inspect the cleanliness and presentation of all china, glass and silver prior to use.
- Assist team members to ensure proper coverage and prompt guest service.
- Carry out side duties as assigned.
- Performing opening and closing procedures including, but not limited to, the set up and break down of stations, clearing and re-setting up of tables.
- All other job duties as assigned.

- At least two years bartending experience
- Smart Serve Certification required
- Bartender Certification/Bartender License required
- Knowledge of Clover preferred
- Knowledge of cocktails, wines, beer and spirits an asset
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
