As a Commercial/Sales Operations Representative at Cerence, you'll play a pivotal role within a dynamic team focused on pipeline and backlog management. Working closely with sales, legal, order management, and finance teams, you'll track, validate, analyze, and forecast recurring royalty revenue and new business deals, with a primary focus on global automotive OEMs and Tier 1 manufacturers.
But that's not all As a Cerence team member, you'll also:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements for pipeline and backlog management.- Engage with global automotive OEMs and Tier 1 manufacturers to cultivate new business opportunities and expand into emerging verticals.- Actively contribute to the enhancement and integration of corporate systems, including Hubspot (CRM), SpringCM (CMS), and Workday (Financial Backbone).- Support the global sales organization, product management, and senior management by providing insights on pricing strategies, forecasting accuracy, and long-term planning initiatives.- Interface with internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization, fostering a culture of collaboration and alignment to drive revenue growth and operational excellence.
