**What we expect**:

- **Business Planning**:Develop, implement, and achieve annual business plans, operating budgets, and orders budgets using TK Elevator business processes.
- ** Strategic Initiatives**:Prepare and implement objectives/initiatives for new installation, service, repair, and modernization business to drive revenue growth.
- ** P&L Management**:Successfully manage all departments and lines of business to meet and exceed business goals, managing the Profit and Loss (P&L) within the branch.
- ** Team Leadership**:Effectively manage employees, providing direction, guidance, and communication of company policies, procedures, and objectives.
- ** Operational Efficiency**:Ensure the daily operations of the assigned branch are run efficiently and cost-effectively, monitoring staff performance and morale.
- ** Performance Measurement**:Review reports monthly to measure department performance, ensuring budgetary goals are met.
- ** Sales Collaboration**:Work closely with Sales to increase the customer base, participating in bidding for large and/or complex jobs to ensure profitability.
- ** Customer Relations**:Provide oversight to retention efforts, directly involving all "at-risk" customer accounts.
- ** Relationship Building**:Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, elevator consultants, building owners, managers, and prospects.
- ** Market Knowledge**:Maintain a strong working knowledge of the overall market area, including sales backlog, service and repair volume, market penetration, volume of outstanding bids, available new business, and special projects.
- ** Safety and Compliance**:Ensure safety, compliance, and a positive customer experience for the branch.

**Who we are looking for**:

- Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is considered an asset.
- Proven success in managing and developing talent within the workforce.
- Thorough knowledge of the elevator industry and general management methods.
- Effective communication skills with a proven ability to establish rapport and maintain relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to adhere to deadlines and achieve goals and objectives.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, coupled with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to motivate people to attain their maximum potential.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and foster teamwork, coupled with an ability to lead and sponsor change.
