- Fonction de paie à cycle complet / bimensuel par l’intermédiaire du fournisseur de paie Nethris
variant de 20 à 200 employés de façon saisonnière.
- Compiler et entrer toutes les informations requises pour les nouveaux employés.
- Remplir les documents nécessaires pour les licenciements saisonniers tels que les relevés
- d’emploi.- Superviser notre logiciel de gestion du temps et des présences, Synerion.
- Tenir à jour des dossiers personnels et des listes de vérification exacts et à jour
- Répondre aux questions de base sur la paie et les bulletins de paie des employés.
- Modifier les retenues salariales demandées aux employés.
- Aider le Contrôleur dans l’administration des régimes d’avantages sociaux des employés et des
- politiques et procédures RH- Mettre en œuvre des pratiques appropriées en matière de ressources humaines et être la
personne-ressource pour toutes les questions liées aux ressources humaines;
- Mener des politiques disciplinaires.
- Mettre à jour les politiques dans le manuel de l’employé.
- Processus de rétroaction des employés : sondages, entretiens de départ, etc.
- Effectuer une analyse des avantages.
- Autres tâches demandées par le Responsable et/ou le Directeur Général.
**_ Aptitudes et Qualifications: _**
- Confidentialité et fiabilité.
- Un diplôme d’études postsecondaires sur la paie ou similaire est préférable.
- Un minimum de deux années d’expérience en paie / RH est requis.
- Excellente connaissance des gains salariaux et des retenues à la source.
- La maîtrise de l’anglais est essentielle. La connaissance pratique du français est un atout.
- La maîtrise de Microsoft Word, Excel et Outlook est essentielle.
- Souci de l’exactitude, des détails et de l’intégrité des données.
- Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois et à être organisé dans un environnement en
- évolution rapide.- Expérience avec le logiciel de paie, Nethris, un atout majeur.
- Expérience avec le logiciel de gestion du temps et des présences, Synerion, un atout important.

The Royal Montreal Golf Club, North America's oldest golf club, is seeking a dependable human
resources & payroll administrator to join the Administration department. Reporting directly to the
Controller & Treasurer, you will be responsible for the following areas and related tasks;
**_Duties include but are not limited to: _**
- Full cycle/bi-weekly payroll function through Nethris payroll provider varying from 20 to 200
employees seasonally.
- Compile and enter all requisite information for new hires.
- Complete necessary paperwork for seasonal terminations such as records of employment.
- Oversee our time and attendance software, Synerion.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee personnel files and checklists
- Answering basic payroll and pay statement questions from employees.
- Modifying payroll deductions as requested from employees.
- Aiding the Controller in the administration of Employee Benefit Plans and HR policies and
- procedures- Implement proper HR practices and be the resource person for all HR related issues;
- Conduct disciplinary policies.
- Update policies within employee handbook.
- Employee feedback process: surveys, exit interviews etc.
- Conduct Benefits analysis.
- Other tasks requested by the Controller and/or the General Manager.
**_Skills and qualifications:_**_ _
- Confidentiality and trustworthiness.
- Post-Secondary Payroll Diploma or similar is preferred.
- Minimum of two years of payroll/ HR experience is required.
- Excellent knowledge of payroll earnings and source deductions.
- Fluency in English is essential. Working knowledge of French is an asset.
- Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook proficiency is essential.
- Attention to accuracy, detail, and data integrity.
- Ability to multi-task and be organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with payroll software, Nethris, a major asset.
- Experience with time and attendance software, Synerion, a strong asset.
