As a Scientific Marketing Associate, you will be tasked with the coordination, planning, and maintenance of marketing initiatives, processes, and materials. You’ll work closely with our Manager, Scientific Marketing to provide administrative support and collaborate with the greater Strategic Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity if you are looking to start your career while expanding your knowledge of biotechnology.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Support Scientific Marketing initiatives by coordinating team activities and completing independent tasks, including but not limited to scheduling meeting, maintaining agenda items, creating contact lists, and following up with action items
- Ensure timely communication to and from stakeholders by preparing and distributing meeting minutes and maintaining other forms of written and verbal follow-ups
- Maintain and update file organization related to multiple documents, processes, initiatives, and projects
- Support project managers and other marketing stakeholders on projects and programs, including documentation of project scope, timelines, deliverables, and meeting minutes
- Assist the team in creating a central hub for informal training resources and reference materials

**Knowledge and Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree, with a scientific background considered an asset
- Excellent organizational skills and diligent attention to detail, with administrative or project coordination experience considered an asset
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team
- Comfortable with developing and maintaining effective working relationships with various stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated capacity to self-motivate and learn in a fast-paced environment
- Highly proficient in Google Workspace
