Gestionnaire de district - Vente au détail - Montréal/Rive-Nord

Résumé des fonctions

Relevant de la Direction des ventes, le gestionnaire de district est responsable du maintien et de la gestion des relations avec plusieurs comptes existants, principalement des magasins de la SAQ. Ce poste sera chargé d’un secteur géographique comprenant Montréal/Rive Nord.

Tâches et responsabilités
- Promouvoir et augmenter les ventes au sein du secteur en exécutant avec dynamisme les stratégies nationales et régionales de marketing dans le respect des politiques, des ressources et des budgets de l’entreprise.
- Augmenter la distribution générale des marques de base et d’agence de la SAQ.
- Fixer des objectifs de vente et superviser les activités à tous les points de vente au détail.
- Gérer le lancement des nouveaux produits.

Éducation et expérience souhaitables
- Deux années au minimum d’expérience connexe des ventes externes.
- Trois années ou plus d’expérience connexe des vins et des spiritueux seraient un atout.
- Diplôme universitaire ou expérience professionnelle pertinente.

Compétences requises

Marché et environnement : Capacité d’acquérir et de tenir à jour une connaissance approfondie des intervenants clés du paysage commercial (concurrents, autres entreprises de marques grand public, clients clés, etc.), des canaux de distribution (SAQ et agences de la SAQ) - y compris de leurs stratégies de marché de prédilection - et des tendances des catégories afin d’optimiser les débouchés commerciaux.

Marques et produits du portefeuille : Capacité d’acquérir et de tenir à jour une connaissance approfondie des marques de Pernod Ricard et de leur positionnement dans le paysage concurrentiel afin de pouvoir coordonner la stratégie du portefeuille et des canaux de distribution et offrir une solution adéquate aux intervenants (clients, consommateurs, leaders d’opinion, distributeurs internationaux, intervenants internes).

Planification et stratégie commerciales : Capacité de définir, de mettre en œuvre et de faire accepter un plan commercial, conforme à la stratégie de Pernod Ricard en tenant compte de l’approche à court et à long terme et des caractéristiques du marché local.

Motivation pour les résultats des ventes : Capacité d’évaluer, de recommander, de mettre en œuvre et de mesurer l’efficacité des activités commerciales (force de vente, promotion, investissements dans les comptes) afin d’optimiser la performance commerciale et d’assurer l’excellence de l’exécution.

Techniques de négociation : Capacité de gérer les besoins et les demandes des clients au moyen de cycles et de techniques de négociation adéquats afin d’atteindre les objectifs de Pernod Ricard.

Influence et réseautage : Capacité d’établir et de renforcer des relations d’affaires de confiance mutuellement bénéfiques avec les intervenants internes et externes clés par la coopération, l’intégrité professionnelle et de solides compétences en relations interpersonnelles et en techniques de présentation.

Connaissance du consommateur/de l’acheteur : Capacité de comprendre et d’exploiter une solide compréhension du consommateur/de l’acheteur et de ses tendances afin de concevoir des initiatives attrayantes, conformes aux attentes des consommateurs (promotion, animation, mise à l’essai, assortiment, possibilités de vente, activités aux points de vente).
