**If you are great at**:

- Previous office administration experience, preferably in the property and casualty Insurance industry
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to high volume work which involves concentration and a great deal of accuracy
- Ability to operate scanners
- Competence with Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite products

**If you have**:

- Ability to produce accurate, error-free work
- Ability to work as a member of a team; good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and with a proven track record in establishing and meeting deadlines, and managing large volumes of work within a short time frame
- Team first mentality
