**We’re looking for someone who**:

- Is currently studying or has interest in one of the following program areas; Computer Science,

Software Development, Information Technology or other relevant Diploma/Degree programs.
- Is familiar with Salesforce Lightning and has excellent administrative and project management skills.
- Is interested in learning how to support users with existing solutions, how to identify potential need

for new solutions, and how to collaborate to develop, deploy, administer, and train users on new
solutions.
** Every day, you’ll collaborate with various teams at MCRC to provide user Salesforce support and**
**problem solving. You will work alongside the Director, Communication and Information Systems to**:

- Assist with ongoing support requests and administrative needs of users.
- Troubleshoot, problem solve and document system issues.
- Assist with data migration and data cleanup when required.
- Support onboarding of new employees from a technical perspective.
- Create reports and dashboards for users.
- Support new database developments
- Other duties as assigned by the Director
- Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screen dated within 6 months
- Proof of Vaccination against COVID-19
- Salesforce Administrator Certification considered an asset

This position is supported through the Canada Summer Jobs program and as such we are looking for
