**About You**:
You have a depth of knowledge in Marketing & Digital Technology and have used these skills to power growth at other technology companies. You are personally enthusiastic about sports, fitness and wellness. You know how to create a growth plan and generate demand. You have the digital marketing skills and are willing to roll up your sleeves and be involved in all aspects of digital marketing and the related technology. You are committed to understanding the technology and data as well as the demand and lead generation processes. You have experience in reaching multiple market segments in many countries through digital marketing.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Strategic Focus
- Understand the target market segments extremely well due to your interests in sport, fitness and wellness.
- Oversee the marketing data collection and reliable analysis, to recommend strategic focus.
- Develop OKRs that align to the company’s growth strategies and goals.

Demand and Lead Generation
- Build a demand generation and lead generation strategy and grow leads predictably each quarter.
- Expand market reach by developing plans for each market segment to drive increased awareness and leads.
- Report on demand generation and lead generation performance to executive leadership

Marketing Technology Leadership
- Oversee effective use of our marketing technology and CRM.
- Identify, evaluate, and implement new technologies to improve marketing and sales efficiency and effectiveness.
- Streamline processes through automation and optimization techniques.

Team Leadership and Development
- Lead and expand a team of marketers including employees and contractors.
- Foster a high-performance, data-driven culture within the marketing team and provide effective coaching to all team members.
- Collaborate with sales to ensure alignment with marketing strategies.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- 8 years of marketing experience, ideally in a strategic fast-moving technology start-up environment
- Relevant degree preferred.
- Fluency in digital marketing, including a clear understanding of demand and lead generation using digital channels
- You can demonstrate how you have grown your marketing skills in recent years in response to marketing technology and trends.
- You can speak to how you have elevated individual contributors and grown marketing managers
- You have the ability to articulate a clear vision, delegate tasks, and motivate your team to achieve business objectives
- You are as comfortable leading as you are getting your hands dirty

6. Competitive pay and benefits. On Target compensation of 120,000 to 170,000 based on track record of marketing performance.
