Service Technician/ Construction Laborer

Ridgeback Basement Systems is looking for a highly qualified, highly motivated individual to serve on our Service Technicians team. Service Technicians meet with our existing customers on pre-scheduled appointments to perform annual maintenance or follow up on warranty issues for customers' waterproofing, crawlspace, and foundation repair systems. Service Techs inspect, diagnose, and recommend additional products or services to address customer needs.

In the event that there is no services, or our production team needs assistance, the technician will join the production at given times.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Examines work done by our company and determines if there is a potential problem to be remedied.
- Recommends additional products and services to enhance or improve the original installation or solve a new issue that has arisen in the customer’s home.
- Follows through with customers until all issues are resolved.
- Timely completes all data entry and follow-up communication required for the appointment.
- Meets or exceeds their projected monthly Average Dollar Per Stop.
- Provides customers with a remarkable experience.
- Safely, correctly, and efficiently unloads and cleans the truck upon return to the company.
- Takes great care of the company’s products, tools, and equipment.
- Lives out the company’s purpose, mission, and values.

**Position Requirements**:

- **Clean Driving record with a valid driver's license**:

- Ability and skill in operating equipment and/or power tools preferred.
- Ability to operate a phone/apps/tablet.
- Knowledge of systems we work with
- Able to lift or move up to 100 lb. occasionally, and/or up to 50 lb. of force frequently, and/or up to 20 lb. of force constantly to move objects.
- Ability to understand English.
- Daily and overnight travel is required depending on scheduling requirements.

**Salary**: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
