We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused **Automotive Sales Associate** to join our growing team. If you have a passion for cars, excellent communication skills, and a knack for sales, we'd love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Proactively call and follow up with leads to generate new sales opportunities.
- **Customer Engagement**: Greet customers warmly, assess their needs, and guide them through the car-buying process.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our vehicle inventory, including features, benefits, and safety characteristics.
- **Consultative Selling**: Help customers find a vehicle that fits their needs and budget through a consultative sales approach.
- **Financing Coordination**: Work closely with our financing team to present car loan options, including credit rebuilding assistance and early lease termination services.
- **Trade-In Evaluation**: Evaluate trade-in vehicles and negotiate fair pricing.
- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.
- **Appointment Setting**: Support online customers by setting appointments and managing inquiries.
- **Professionalism**: Maintain professional business attire and appearance at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of automotive sales experience required; subprime sales experience is a plus.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Customer Service**: Strong customer service orientation with outstanding negotiation skills.
- **Self-Motivated**: Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- **Driver's License**: Valid driver's license is mandatory.
- **Certification**: Completion of the OMVIC certification course is required.
