**Who we are**:
Intellectual Property Ontario (IPON) is a new provincial agency that will serve as a go-to resource for Intellectual Property (IP) expertise to help researchers and companies maximize the value of their IP, strengthen their capacity to grow and compete in the global market.

**Location**:This is a remote-first opportunity within Ontario. We have offices in both Kitchener and Toronto where the team meets on an occasional basis (monthly) or as needed.

**Responsibilities**:
In this new role, the Program Analyst will provide administration and coordination support to the IP Program Team to enable a smooth client onboarding and successful service delivery process.
- Manage and respond to all public inquiries (i.e. manage IPON inboxes), including documenting key questions, types of requests, etc.
- Provide administrative support to Program Team including scheduling client meetings, taking and distributing meeting minutes, following up on outstanding documentation and agreements, and collaborating with various teams to move processes forward
- Support data collection for master trackers in absence of CRM
- Support data collection, data mining, and analysis of various KPIs and metrics, and preparing dashboards
- Support future CRM onboarding process and data input and migration
- Work with IP Services team to create both internal and client facing documentation including FAQs and additional program support files
- Document best practices and lessons learned to improve internal and external processes

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in business management or related field. New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in an office environment providing administrative support
- Experience responding to client inquiries and providing professional and welcoming customer support
- Acuity, tact and interpersonal skills to respond professionally and accurately to external and client inquiries and represent IPON
- Communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with colleagues
- Organizational skills to coordinate and manage multiple tasks in a start-up environment
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Detail orientated to provide accurate administrative support
- Comfortable with data entry and organizing data using MS Excel
