BizLink elocab is a leading custom cable manufacturing company known for its commitment to innovation, quality, and excellence. We are embarking on a critical upgrade of our ERP system to enhance our operational efficiency and data analytics capabilities. We seek a dedicated IT Analyst to be at the forefront of this transformative project.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Serve as the primary liaison between the local team, the project team in Germany, and the external consultants to ensure successful ERP upgrade implementation.
- Coordinate with external contractors to implement enhancements in reporting, management dashboards, and other systems.
- Assist with the planning, testing, and deployment of system upgrades and new implementations.
- Conduct thorough requirement analyses, prepare detailed project documentation, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure systems are configured to meet business needs while maintaining data integrity and security.
- Facilitate training sessions for end-users on new systems and features.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support.
- Stay informed of the latest industry trends and technologies to recommend improvements to current systems.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Analyst, preferably with ERP systems.
- Strong project management skills and experience working with international teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in database management and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with data privacy standards and cybersecurity best practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German is highly desirable.
