**Who'll You Be Joining**:
**How You'll Make an Impact**:

- Going above and beyond the nature of admin work and help us leverage Salesforce to drive scalability and efficiency to our stakeholders in Sales, Customer Service and Digital Marketing.
- Learning a multitude of systems: NetSuite, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, eCommerce, Subscription Management systems and others that are used in our day-to-day.
- Contributing to the creation and design of solutions, working with internal stakeholders and our external Salesforce partners.
- Maintaining the Salesforce org on a weekly and month basis.
- Assisting in the identification and implementation of scalable solutions, including risks assessments, and mapping the processes associated to our solutions.
- Assisting in resolving day-to-day issues, fixes, and improvements.
- Assisting in documentation of projects and tasks, utilizing online tools such as Confluence and JIRA.

**What You'll Bring to the Table**:

- You have a solid understanding of Salesforce Admin principals and best practices.
- You are experienced working with stakeholders from various lines of business, including Sales, Customer Service and Digital Marketing.
- You have experience working with SaaS models.
- Salesforce Admin certification(s) are a plus
- You possess a strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, custom reports, and other content of intermediate complexity.
- You're highly organized and able to do light project management.
- You want to make a positive impact on ecobee and our customers.
- You enjoy collaborating with a diverse team comprising many skillsets.
- You can identify future risks before you begin implementing and share them without reserve

**Contract Details**
- Length: 13 months
- Equipment: ecobee will provide equipment
- Location: Remote or hybrid, within Ontario
