Position: Inside Sales

Location: Guelph, Ontario

**Job Description**:
As an Inside Sales team member at Hall, you'll have the opportunity to learn how to better understand our clients needs; provide them with timely solutions; negotiate special pricing terms and conditions with our customers; take necessary steps to resolve client issues in a timely manner; develop new client relationships via various technology platforms; and continually learning new technologies both client based and internally. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper service level client expectations. Additionally, you'll develop new strategies and solutions with your team members.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum one (1) to three (3) years of industry experience preferable, or a combination of relevant professional training and experience;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Demonstrated people skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
