- Process payroll for employees accurately and on time
- Calculate and enter payroll deductions, including taxes, benefits, and garnishments
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leave, and overtime
- Prepare and Process Payroll through Payworks then post internally through the GL
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters
- Assist in the preparation of payroll reports for management

- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper/Payroll Clerk or similar role
- Proficient in using payroll software Payworks and ADP Lightspeed /CDKsystems or similar
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes, regulations, and best practices
- Familiarity with budgeting and financial principles
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive employee information
- Solid understanding of account reconciliation and bank reconciliation processes
- Experience with accounts receivable, accounts payable and account analysis is a plus

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
