Job Description:
A condition-based maintenance Junior Technician is responsible for effectively collecting machinery health information with various condition monitoring technologies in order to determine the proper functionality of the machine. This is an entry level position and all necessary training will be provided for you to perform your function. Primary Responsibilities:

- Using appropriate equipment to capture condition monitoring data on customer assets
- Collect ultrasound, vibration, oil, and infrared data
- Installation and adjustment of condition monitoring sensors
- Work as part of the SDT Ultrasound team both onsite and offsite
- Provide assistance/input to service and sales teams
- Follow all safety and quality protocols for SDT Ultrasound and customer facilities/sites
- Be willing and able to work in hot/cold/dirty/dusty environments with appropriate PPE

Job Requirements:

- College diploma in Electro-Mechanical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering OR Millwright/Machinist program; or equivalent
- 1+ years of related experience is ideal but not required
- Proficient in both verbal and written French and English languages
- Travel is required

- Description de poste :
Un technicien junior en maintenance conditionnelle est chargé de recueillir
efficacement des informations sur l’état de la machine avec diverses
technologies de surveillance de l’état afin de déterminer le bon fonctionnement
de la machine. Il s’agit d’un poste de premier échelon et toute la formation
nécessaire vous sera fournie pour que vous puissiez exercer vos fonctions. Si

Principales responsabilités :

- Utiliser l’équipement approprié pour saisir les données de surveillance

de l’état des actifs du client
- Collecter des données ultrasoniques, vibratoires, d’échantillons d’huile et infrarouges.
- Installation et réglage des capteurs de surveillance de l’état
- Travailler au sein de l’équipe d’ultrasonique SDT sur site et hors site
- Fournir une assistance/contribution aux équipes de service et de vente
- Suivre tous les protocoles de sécurité et de qualité pour l’ultrason SDT et les installations/sites des clients
- Être disposé et capable de travailler dans des environnements chauds/froids/sales/poussiéreux avec un ÉPI approprié.

Exigences du poste :

- Diplôme collégial en génie électrique, mécanique ou électrique ou en génie mécanique/machiniste; ou l’équivalent
- Au moins, un an d’expérience connexe est idéal, mais pas obligatoire
- Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit
- Déplacements requis
