Anh and Chi is seeking LINE/PREP COOKS and CHEF de PARTIEs who are serious and committed to growing their careers long term with an independent, community-run establishment. As a Michelin Bib Gourmand Awarded establishment, we value diversity, positive energy, hard work, and reliability to deliver quality and timely creations along with our FOH team, to our many amazing guests.

**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Minimum of 1+ year of study or work experience in a kitchen
- Proactive and self-motivated team player
- Passion for food and cooking with a hard working team
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and intercultural team environment
- Practices self-awareness, communication, building relationships
- Experience with creating and working with systems to increase efficiency (i.e. prep lists, par lists, sanitation plans, recycling etc.)
- High standard of professionalism and attention to detail
- Alignment with Anh and Chi’s family values and team culture

**WAGE / PAY**:

- $19-24+ per hour PLUS cash tips ~$40-70+ per day; (based on experience and performance)
