The Waterford of Summerlea is an independent-living seniors’ residence located in West Edmonton. We are looking for someone to fill the role of **Companion **to our residents. This is a **casual position** that requires flexible availability.

Responsibilities for this position include the following:

- Respond to the emergency pull cords located in each resident’s suite should assistance be required
- Document all incidents, call 911 and contact family when needed

Requirements for this position are as follows:

- First Aid ticket and/or CPR training is preferred
- Must have strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Excellent record-keeping skills, a strong ability to prioritize in high-pressure situations, and highly organized

**Note: a clean criminal record check is required for this position.**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Work Location: In person
