Education
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university with a specialization in business administration, public administration, commerce, management, or other specialty relevant to the position or an acceptable combination of education, work experience and training in a field relevant to the position.

Degree equivalency
- Experience undertaking quantitative and qualitative research and analysis
- Experience researching, interpreting, and analysing information from a variety of sources
- Experience providing advice, developing strategies or options, preparing basic business cases or briefing materials for presentation to senior management
- Experience working with clients and stakeholders
- Experience promoting and marketing of technologies

Asset Experience
- Experience in technical writing
- Experience in event planning, coordination and delivery
- Experience developing stakeholder engagement strategies
- Experience marketing and promoting the adoption of new technologies
- Experience working with contracts and providing assistance in project management
